📋 Description
• Help the Jobbatical team, clients, and partner agencies use our technology platform better • Develop understanding of customer needs via calls and analyses • Work with product team to improve customer experience • Understand issues reported by users and provide first-level debug • Own the Helpdesk for timely customer inquiries • Create workflows and improve customer success • Setup automation on our platform • Own content creation for seamless experience • Operational activities: Automation setups, data cleansing, client onboarding, agent trainings, help center content generation
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a fast-paced startup • Engineering Graduation (B.Tech) or Science Graduate • Comfortable with Google Sheets, PowerPoint • Experience in database queries for issue debugging • Excellent communication and time management skills • Strong Debugging and Analytical skills
