Description

• Be the main point of contact for 3-5 clients, ensuring smooth and responsive communication • Brief and delegate tasks to your pod, including a copywriter, designer, and marketing assistant • Dive into execution alongside your team, ensuring strategies come to life effectively • Review and provide feedback on completed work from pod members, ensuring quality and alignment with strategy • Support the day-to-day execution of client marketing strategies • Report and analyse campaign performance to refine future strategies • Collaborate with the Strategist to adjust and enhance client strategies as needed • Full-time role, Monday to Friday with core hours between 8am-6pm GMT, flexible if needed

Requirements

• Extremely organised with a high attention to detail • 3+ years of experience in a Marketing Manager role or similar, ideally focused on content, events, or webinars • Skilled at managing remote teams and handling client communication, both verbal and written • Proven experience in B2B marketing • HubSpot familiarity (Brownie points) • B2B SaaS experience (Brownie points)

Benefits

• £3000 - £3500 per month* • Full-time, fully remote position • 20 days of paid time off per year • £1000 annual training budget for relevant courses
