Description

• Identify, evaluate, and acquire properties and land parcels • Conduct market research for potential acquisitions • Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts • Coordinate due diligence activities • Liaise with legal teams for compliance • Develop relationships within the industry • Prepare reports and recommendations for management • Manage acquisition process from inquiry to closing • Stay informed on industry trends and regulations • Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, business administration, finance, or related field • Proven experience in property acquisition, real estate development, or related field • Strong negotiation and communication skills • In-depth knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and industry practices • Ability to analyze market data and financial information to assess property value and investment potential • Excellent organizational and project management skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate software • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities • Professional certifications, such as CCIM or RENE, a plus
