• The Starknet Foundation was established to support the development of Starknet, a state-of-the-art layer 2 blockchain network built on top of Ethereum. • Our mission is to unlock Ethereum’s scalability and efficiency, making decentralized applications more accessible and effective. • The Growth team plays a pivotal role in this mission by driving initiatives - from conception to conclusion - that aim to advance the innovation and success of partners in our ecosystem.

Requirements

• Relevant experience designing, executing and evaluating the success of growth programs, ideally within the blockchain industry. • Understanding of blockchain data, token incentive mechanisms, data simulation, data analytics to derive insights into user behaviour, market trends, and network performance. • Deep understanding of Ethereum, Layer 2 scaling technologies, and the broader blockchain ecosystem. • Technical proficiency and the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts to developers effectively. • Excellent communication, executive presence, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners. • Strategic thinker with a data-driven and results-oriented mindset. • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, decentralized work environment. • Willingness to travel (events, conferences) and work across timezones. • DeFI experience. • Experience with analytics tools such as Dune, Flipside, The Graph, or similar.
