Description

• Reporting Manager: Head of Growth • Location: Remote • As the Product Marketing Growth Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the velocity of buyer acquisition and revenue growth. • Focus on aligning product tools with growth objectives, optimizing the customer journey, and delivering impactful marketing strategies. • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that performance marketing and product enhancements are aligned to scale Nivoda’s global presence effectively. • Nivoda is a fast-growing B2B marketplace connecting buyers and sellers of jewelry on an online platform. • Conduct market research and customer feedback sessions to understand trends, competitive landscape, and buyer needs. • Analyze the performance of product marketing campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in product marketing or growth marketing, preferably in a B2B or marketplace environment. • Proven track record of driving successful ABM and product marketing • Proficiency in CRM tools, data analysis, and performance tracking. • Experience in luxury goods, B2B marketplaces, or the diamond industry. • Familiarity with referrals processes and product-led growth • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
