🎯 Requirements
• Several years of proven experience in a fast-paced administrative, operations, or project support role. • Strong written communication skills and excellent attention to detail. • Experience managing email inboxes and handling customer or client inquiries. • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or similar). • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently. • Experience with copyediting or proofreading. • Background in marketing support, including newsletters and content scheduling. • Event coordination experience, particularly for virtual events or summits. • Familiarity with CRM tools and email marketing platforms. • Knowledge of the publishing or media industry. • Experience handling calls with B2B customers. • Degree in business administration or a similar field.
