Job Title: Operations Manager Location: Remotely in South Africa Job Type: Full-time Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM SAST Monthly Salary: R27 000 - R32 000 (Negotiable based on experience) Our client is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee and optimise key operational functions within their health and wellness businesses. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing real-time operational dashboards, optimising manpower allocation across multiple sites, and ensuring seamless coordination between teams to drive efficiency and productivity. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong background in operations management, workforce planning, and process optimisation, ideally within healthcare, retail, or a similar fast-paced environment.
🎯 Requirements
Proven experience in operations or project management, preferably overseeing multiple teams/sites. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to direct and coordinate teams effectively. Highly reactive and solution-oriented, with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities, ensuring smooth execution across multiple workstreams. Analytical mindset, able to interpret operational dashboards and data to drive informed decisions. Experience in workforce planning, process optimisation, and workflow automation. Proficiency in operational tracking tools, project management software, or ERP systems is a plus. Excellent communication skills, able to liaise effectively with leadership and frontline teams. Ability to work under pressure, balancing multiple priorities while ensuring efficiency and performance.
