Description
• Oversee and ensure adherence to Product Processes and Product Meetings. • Manage Product Analysts and ensure their compliance with processes. • Understand when to apply or not apply AI to a problem. • Report to the Chief of Staff to the VP of Product and work closely with the CTO/Head of Engineering.
Requirements
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Product Manager. • Leadership skills with the ability to lead small-to-medium teams. • Extensive experience managing all aspects of product development and project management lifecycle. • Experience in creating UI/UX mockups, PRDs, and proficiency in documenting and assisting with support tickets. • Experience working with an engineering team in a tech startup. • Experience transitioning from an MVP model to a scalable software solution.
