Description

• Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate people data into organizational strategies. • Work closely with People Technology team to maintain data, reporting, dashboards, etc. • Partner with Digital Solutions team to design scalable self-service solutions for data discovery. • Develop automated processes for delivering actionable insights. • Use advanced analytical skills to craft compelling data-driven narratives. • Support the upskilling of the People team on data interpretation and analytics tools. • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR analytics.

Requirements

• BS/BA or equivalent; Focus area or program in Technology and/or Advanced Analytics a strong plus. • Consulting mindset • Workday experience preferred • Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms. • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams. • Experience building scalable and self-service solutions for data discovery and insights delivery.
