Description
• Lead execution against enterprise-wide vision and strategy for Patient Support Pillar priorities • Achieve KPI’s and Pillar Metrics through effective leadership and management of diverse staff • Develops and leads implementation of organization Community Impact strategy • Manages, coaches and develops leadership staff for Community Impact constituency • Cultivate relationships with health care systems and community partners
Requirements
• Master’s degree in public health, health care administration, nonprofit administration or related field or comparable degree or equivalent experience • Minimum of 7 years in a leadership level management/supervisory capacity • Able to cultivate relationships with targeted systems/organizations and diverse populations • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Demonstrated success managing a team of relationship/account managers with health industry experience • Strong strategic planning skills • Collaborative leadership, management, coaching and development of diverse staff
