📋 Description
• Detail-oriented, critical thinking necessary for post-award activities supporting complex sponsored and non-sponsored account portfolios. • Provides professional-level sponsored projects management primarily for post-award functions, including budget distribution, account analysis, reconciliation, oversight, billing, invoicing, and payroll cost transfers. • Assists with some aspects of non-sponsored funds focusing on timely, effective, and efficient sponsored funding. • Reviews Notices of Awards (NoA), manages processes and ensures compliance with policies, guidelines, and regulations. • Conducts monthly or bi-monthly meetings with Project Managers to review and discuss assigned allocation accounts. • Completes mandatory JHU training classes and ensures all post-award responsibilities are completed accurately and timely. • Prepares and submits documents for subaward agreements and modifications, processes subrecipient invoices, and assists PIs in grant proposal completion.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree. • Four years of related experience in sponsored research and/or financial positions, preferably in an academic or medical setting. • Additional education may substitute for required experience and additional related experience may substitute for required education, to the extent permitted by the JHU equivalency formula.
