Description

• Provide communication support which includes writing, editing, and sending email communications through an email automation system • Use PowerBI and internal information systems to maintain accurate faculty lists and provide communication data points • Help maintain communication updates within the adjunct faculty portal site • Manage projects to ensure daily workflows are prioritized within prescribed time frames • Manage internal and external communications assets, including photos, video footage, written communications • Develop communication plans that align with projects • Maintain email campaign schedule • Collaborate with other SNHU departments/teams to address communication needs • Other responsibilities as assigned. Requirements

• Bachelors degree • 2+ years of experience working in higher education • Experience with an email automation system (Mailchimp, Marketing Cloud, etc.) • Written and oral communications capabilities, and editorial skills • The ability to work with partners both one-on-one and in a team environment • Experience manipulating, summarizing, and analyzing data
