📋 Description
• Syntax is a leading Managed Cloud Provider for Mission Critical Enterprise Applications. • Seeking a highly motivated SAP CPI Public Cloud Consultant to join our AMS team. • Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Finance solutions. • Responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting system issues, resolving incidents and service requests in a timely manner. • Collaborate with clients to understand business processes and identify opportunities for system improvements.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field • Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud solutions in an AMS role • Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles and practices • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members • SAP certification in Finance (preferred) • Experience with incident management, change management, and root cause analysis • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Preferred Skills: Experience with SAP Fiori apps and UI5. Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology. Familiarity with SAP Best Practices for S/4HANA Public Cloud. Proficiency in ITIL processes and principles.
