β€’ Joffe Emergency Services is a trusted partner in health and safety. β€’ The Partnership Specialist will drive growth through strategic partnerships and business development efforts. β€’ This role is ideal for a sales-driven professional. β€’ You will work closely with prospective and existing clients. β€’ Develop long-term partnerships in the event safety industry. β€’ Identify, develop, and manage partnerships to expand event safety service offerings. β€’ Generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline through networking, outreach, and relationship development. β€’ Drive new business development efforts. β€’ Conduct contract negotiations and close deals to meet sales and revenue targets. β€’ Manage client accounts ensuring strong customer relationships and high retention rates. β€’ Collaborate with internal teams to refine sales strategies. β€’ Represent Joffe Emergency Services at industry events. β€’ Provide administrative assistance related to sales operations. β€’ Present findings quarterly to senior leadership and the advisory board.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Proven experience in sales, business development, or partnership development, preferably in event safety, security, or emergency services. β€’ Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. β€’ Ability to execute strategic sales initiatives and meet revenue goals. β€’ Proficiency in CRM software (HubSpot preferred) and sales enablement tools. β€’ Highly organized with excellent time management and administrative skills. β€’ A proactive and results-driven mindset with a passion for sales and partnerships. β€’ Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively across teams.
