• Inside Sales Engineer providing sales support to District Sales Managers. • Crafting quotations and managing orders for M&M Carnot Refrigeration Systems. • Ensuring customer satisfaction through follow-up on service and billing problems.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or chemical engineering preferred, but an associate degree or other technical degree plus related experience will be considered. • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales support role. • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and Internet software and E-mail. • Candidate should have a good working knowledge of industrial refrigeration equipment and industrial refrigeration systems. • HVAC sales support role. • Experience with Salesforce.
