Description

• We are seeking a talented YORK HVAC Applied Sales Manager/Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team during an exciting period of growth. • This role is pivotal in driving sales of YORK HVAC Applied equipment within the Commercial and Mid-Market segments via distributors, HVAC installers, and MEC contractors. • Reporting to the YORK HVAC Regional Sales Manager, you will focus on building strong customer relationships and expanding YORK’s market presence while helping customers achieve their sustainability and operational goals. • Develop and execute the YORK sales strategy to meet individual and team targets. • Foster trust-based relationships with YORK channel partners while identifying and onboarding new distributors to expand the YORK brand. • Utilize CRM tools to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions. • Collaborate with internal teams to provide business and technical solutions, offer pricing assistance, deliver product training, and support marketing initiatives. • Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitive products, and growth opportunities. • Monitor sales performance and report results regularly.

Requirements

• A proven track record in HVAC equipment sales, ideally with 3-5 years of experience in specifying, designing, or selling applied solutions (e.g., chillers, heat pumps, air handling units). • Strong ability to support and train distributors to achieve mutual growth. • Exceptional communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce CRM experience is a plus. • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory. • English language skills (advantageous but not essential).
