• Area Sales Manager • Field Based- South region • 36.5 hrs Monday – Friday • Competitive Salary, Car allowance & benefits • Marley is at the forefront of pitched roof systems, leading the industry in sustainability and innovation. • We're the trusted partners for architects, contractors, and roofing professionals. • Recruiting an Area Sales Manager for the Southern Region to drive and generate sales for our Weatherboard range. • Responsible for growing customer base, managing relationships, responding to inquiries, and providing service. • Planning customer calls and journeys, collaborating with colleagues, and representing the company at events. • Delivering professional presentations and supporting new starter training. • Full product training is provided; looking for motivation, drive, and sales experience to succeed.

Requirements

• Proven sales experience, ideally in a B2B environment. • Strong ability to generate demand and build customer relationships. • Self-motivation with a proactive approach to achieving targets. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Strong presentation skills for delivering pitches to clients. • Ability to manage time and plan journeys effectively for maximum productivity. • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to offer innovative solutions to customer needs. • Experience managing customer pricing and quotations. • A team player who can collaborate effectively across departments. • Willingness to travel extensively and work independently.

• Company Car Cash Allowance • 36.5 hours Monday – Friday • 26 Holidays + bank holidays • Pension auto enrolment 3% EES, 6% ERS (total contribution 9%) but can choose to increase to 5% EES, 10% ERS (total contribution 15%) • Single BUPA cover
