Description

β€’ This is a strategic account position responsible for growth within the assigned territory. β€’ Our Territory Manager will work closely with his or her peers and will report to the Regional Sales Manager of the West Region. β€’ The Territory Manager is expected to develop relationships and have credibility throughout the entire customer base, which includes contractor customers and supply chain partners. β€’ The incumbent will oversee our customer relationships in terms of sales growth, profitability, customer service, issue resolution, new product introduction, and industry involvement.

Requirements

β€’ Required 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction, fire protection (preferred), or related industry. β€’ High energy, self-starter with the ability to represent our company with the utmost professionalism. β€’ Political savvy across the customer organization and company. β€’ Effective, strong communication with West Regional Sales Manager & internal and external business partners. β€’ Strong business acumen & ability to adapt to customer needs. β€’ Strong negotiating skills. β€’ Must display strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills. β€’ Strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written including proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. β€’ 75% travel within assigned territory. β€’ Preferred: Familiarity with Power BI β€’ Plumbing/HVAC experience
