Description

• Serve as a technical subject matter expert that thoroughly understands the FM:Systems solution set, use cases, technical architecture, and competitive landscape. • Provide product expertise and knowledge during the sales process to help close business. • Develop and deliver remote product demonstrations as well as on-site demonstrations across multiple industries and for various audiences (Higher Ed, Healthcare, Corporate, Government, International). • Assist the Sales Team in performing discovery and uncovering critical business issues in client’s current process. • Create presentations and custom demonstrations as well as proof of concepts and guided training sessions when necessary. • Act as a subject matter expert liaison between departments, including Product, Marketing, Support and Services to provide up-to-date information and engage in cross-dept. initiatives. • Manage & maintain the sales demo environments. • Contribute to RFP and security questionnaire responses. • Participate in industry meetings, networking, trade show events and activities. • Self-educate on current market trends. • Travel may be required 10-25% of the time.

Requirements

• 5+ years of SaaS pre-sales experience with proven success. • Expertise in Workplace Management, Facilities, and/or Analytics Solutions. • Strong presentation and teaching skills with the ability to simplify and communicate complex technical information to non-technical audiences. • A track record of quickly learning and applying new technologies. • Experience selling into industries such as corporate, healthcare, higher education, and government markets. • Familiarity with tools like AutoCAD and/or Revit. • Basic programming knowledge in HTML/CSS and understanding of SQL and relational database concepts. • Conceptual understanding of integration options and technologies and the ability to discuss choices with prospects and clients to fulfill their business requirements. • Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with a proactive and self-motivated approach. • Flexibility to adapt to evolving priorities and client demands.
