• Found is looking for a Head of Growth & Marketing to lead and scale growth & marketing efforts. • This leader will define and execute a growth strategy that increases client acquisition, engagement, and retention. • Own the full marketing lifecycle—from brand strategy to performance marketing. • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop compelling, data-driven campaigns that drive measurable impact. • Build and scale a high-performing growth & marketing team, hiring & coaching top talent across all functions.
🎯 Requirements
• 12+ years of experience including 5+ years of marketing leadership experience in healthcare, wellness, or other regulated consumer-focused industries. • Expertise in growth and performance marketing, managing multi-channel campaigns to optimize CAC & LTV. • Strong storytelling and brand-building skills preferred, with experience managing the creative development process from concept to execution across multiple channels. • A hands-on, collaborative leader with experience building and mentoring high-performing teams.
