📋 Description

• Horizons is seeking a highly skilled Global Accounting Director & ERP Integration Specialist to lead the transition from Xero to NetSuite and manage global financial operations across multiple jurisdictions. • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Employer of Record (EOR) or fintech services and a deep understanding of intercompany transactions, transfer pricing, global financial statement consolidation, and system migrations. • This role will require close collaboration with cross-functional teams, particularly IT and finance to ensure a smooth and successful NetSuite integration, while maintaining compliance with international accounting standards. • In addition to technical and financial expertise, the successful candidate will play a key role in streamlining processes and enhancing the scalability of our financial operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading NetSuite implementation or migration projects, ideally from Xero to NetSuite. • 7+ years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, and managing system migrations. • Strong background in Employer of Record (EOR) services or the fintech industry is highly preferred. • Expertise in global financial operations, including managing intercompany transactions, transfer pricing, and global financial statement consolidation. • CPA certification is highly preferred, with deep knowledge of international accounting standards and regulatory requirements. • Exceptional project management, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. • Proven ability to establish, standardize, and enforce financial policies, processes, and controls across a global organization.
