• Role Overview: As the Operations Manager, Program Management at Midi Health, you will be essential in establishing and maintaining high standards in project management, processes, and best practices. • You’ll be responsible for launching new projects, supporting market expansion, and optimizing business operations, ensuring alignment with Midi’s strategic goals. • You will drive operational excellence through high-visibility, enterprise-wide programs spanning multiple teams and geographies. • What You’ll Be Doing: • Project Leadership: Develop and implement project management standards and processes for high-impact, cross-functional programs. • Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of strategic initiatives. • Project Planning: Create detailed project plans that align with business priorities. • Culture Champion: Promote a culture of experimentation, encouraging a fail-fast mindset. • Operational Optimization: Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in executing business strategies. • KPI Tracking: Establish and monitor key performance indicators to assess and optimize the success of strategic initiatives. • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage and influence stakeholders, leveraging strong communication and presentation skills. • Remote Environment: Lead projects in a remote-first setting, using tools for collaboration. • Travel: If not located in the Bay Area, light travel (~3 days/month) to the area is preferred.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs, with a record of driving strategic initiatives and achieving business results. • Proficient in project management, including resource allocation, risk management, and process optimization. • Skilled in fostering a data-driven culture of experimentation and continuous improvement. • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across departments. • Ability to translate high-level goals into actionable plans and adapt to changing priorities. • Experienced in tracking KPIs to measure project success and provide data-driven insights.
