Description

• Talley is hiring a Program Manager to support operations for our client partners. • Collaborate closely with the Account Manager/Executive Director to formulate, organize, and monitor projects. • Engage key stakeholders and decide on strategies and objectives. • Coordinate cross-project activities, implement and evaluate program activities, manage deadlines and budgets. • Assume responsibility for the program's personnel and vendors. • Play a crucial role in resolving higher scope issues, drafting documents and preparing insightful reports for leadership. • Maintain effective working relationships with client’s volunteer leaders, members, consultants, vendors and other parties associated with meeting the client’s needs. • Develop and implement program participant recruitment campaigns in conjunction with the Operations Manager. • Travel (typically 3-5x per year) as required to attend meetings or for business purposes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field. • 3+ years of professional administrative experience. • Strong understanding of association management and nonprofits. • Extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite. • Comfort with databases and/or latest technology in AMS software, Content Management systems, Web-based membership management or CRM. • Excellent organization and time management skills with demonstrated ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects effectively and efficiently in a deadline-oriented environment. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills. • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with ability to convey information in writing and verbally. • High ethical standards and integrity. • Self-starter who is driven and has the ability to work independently. • Exhibit a high level of attention to detail in order to produce accurate results. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment to support strategic direction.
