Description

• Neo4j is seeking an experienced Enablement Program Manager to join our team in the US. • Responsible for designing, implementing, and managing enablement programs that support the success of our Sales, SDR, and SE teams. • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to develop and deliver comprehensive enablement initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, training, or a related role. • Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing comprehensive sales enablement programs. • Experience in sales methodologies and value-based selling, such as MEDDPIC • Experienced in Sales and Sales Enablement tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Articulate & SalesHood. • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales leaders, product marketing, and sales operations. • Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs. • Strong presentation, training, and facilitation skills with the ability to deliver content effectively. • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
