Description

• Performing trade ally management activities under moderate supervision. • Outreach, education, and management of trade allies in energy efficiency programs. • Direct management of implementation tasks, marketing, and outreach. • Occasional travel for trade ally engagement, quality control, and client meetings. • Develop and manage trade allies participating in energy efficiency programs. • Initiate quality control plans and monitor performance. • Support the development of energy savings projections. • Train trade allies and evaluate their training needs.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Business or a related field is preferred. • 5-7 years of industry experience • Trade ally and/or subcontractor management experience in the Energy Efficiency space. • Strong program/project management and customer service experience. • Ability to provide direction to trade allies to successfully execute project tasks, control scope, budget and schedule. • Experience projecting and tracking budgets, developing status reporting, managing issues to resolution, and forecasting impacts on critical and non-critical paths is required. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. • Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Sound business ethics, including the protection of proprietary and confidential information. • Superior interpersonal skills including courtesy, professionalism, and a cooperative attitude. • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, is required. • Experience managing external vendors/parties is preferred.
