Description

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the program. • Serve as the front-line communication contact. • Manage teams and mentor leads. • Produce quarterly business reviews (QBR). • Research opportunities for streamlining processes. • Attend weekly meetings to gather status. • Maintain familiarity with internal tools and SharePoint. • Create and revise existing documentation. • Notify client program manager of any issues. • Participate in project scheduling sessions. • Manage vendor accounts and timecards.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience as a program manager, preferably with high-tech clients. • Experience with Intel, Dell, and/or AMD is a plus. • Strong organizational and leadership skills. • Excellent communication and leadership skills. • Ability to lead and manage the workflow for a team. • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. • Experience with establishing relationships with key stakeholders. • Proficiency with project management tools and software. • Ability to deal with ambiguity and proactively seek clarification when needed. • PMI’s PgMP is a plus. Agency experience.
