• Serve as the technical point of contact over Trip Tracking framework and iOS Mobile Applications. • Define, design, and set the direction of our iOS mobile framework, architecture, and technical roadmap. • Guiding, mentoring, and ensuring the team's adherence to established best practices. • Perform code reviews on the team’s code and provide coaching where necessary. • Ensure our applications remain up to date with the latest iOS platforms and development standards. • Lead and participate in the development of product features and capabilities required to support business initiatives. • Work closely with the team’s Engineering Manager to help direct, motivate, and guide the mobile engineering team.
• 5+ years as a software engineer, with 2+ years as a lead developer. • Advanced experience in iOS development with Swift, XCode, and package management tools (e.g. CocoaPods). • Proven ability to build and maintain iOS applications and modular libraries, focusing on performance optimization and mobile app lifecycle. • Experience with CI/CD deployment (e.g. FastLane, Bitrise, Buildkite) and version control. • High proficiency in debugging (logging, stack trace analysis, performance metrics). • Strong foundation in databases, SQL, and data analysis. • Commitment to testing, reliability, and aligning development with business goals. • Excellent communication skills with engineering peers and stakeholders, with a proven record of guiding teams to successful project outcomes.
