Requirements

β€’ Proven experience (5+ years) in an account management or client success role, β€’ At least two years in a managerial capacity β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills β€’ Customer-focused mindset β€’ Solid understanding of support processes and ticketing systems β€’ Technical background for troubleshooting client issues β€’ Analytical mindset for identifying patterns and opportunities for improvement.
