📋 Description

• The DevOps Manager will report directly to the Director of R&D and will lead our DevOps team in delivering high availability, scalability, and reliability for our products. • The DevOps Manager will oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines, automation, and infrastructure as code while guiding your team in best practices for deployment, monitoring, and disaster recovery.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading and mentoring cross-functional teams (Cloud Administrators, DevOps Engineers). • Strong communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to align DevOps strategies with business objectives. • Stakeholder management and technical support capabilities. • Experience in CI/CD pipeline development (Azure DevOps, AWS CodePipelines). • Hands-on experience with Terraform and AWS CloudFormation. • Managing container security, networking, and scaling. • Cost optimization and cloud resource monitoring. • Knowledge of DevSecOps best practices. • Experience implementing disaster recovery plans. • Incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis. • Experience in budgeting and cost optimization for cloud infrastructure. • Experience with full-stack observability (tracing, metrics, logging). • Experience with serverless frameworks (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions). • Experience with predictive analytics for system reliability and incident response.
