• Provide comprehensive administrative support to Acclaro’s CEO and leadership team. • Gather requested data and information from various sources, including emails, meeting minutes, and documents; prepare summaries of findings and related correspondence as requested. • Receive incoming communications and memos on behalf of senior staff, reviewing contents, assessing importance, and summarizing or distributing information to the appropriate personnel. • Conduct research to assist with projects or inquiries. • Maintain a strict level of confidentiality. • Develop and maintain an alert system for upcoming deadlines, requests, projects, and events. • Coordinate and schedule travel, meetings, and appointments. • Prepare agendas and schedules for meetings, conferences, and other assigned events; take and distribute minutes or notes as requested. • Respond to and resolve administrative inquiries and questions. • Manage general emails, screening and transferring them as necessary. • Perform other related duties as assigned.
• University Degree in related field or equivalent military or professional experience. • 5+ years of executive-level administrative support. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment across multiple time zones and countries. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Proven time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines consistently. • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with the capacity to quickly learn new or updated software. • Extensive knowledge of office administration, corporate procedures, and recordkeeping systems. • Ability to work independently and reliably. • Flexible and adaptable in various situations. • Strong ability to organize and prioritize tasks, including the delegation of responsibilities when appropriate. • Familiarity with the roles and functions of the company and its departments is desirable or the ability to quickly acquire this knowledge.
