• We’re looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. As an SDR, you’ll play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and qualifying HR and Benefits leaders at mid-to-enterprise-level companies. • 1-2 years of experience in an outbound sales role (SDR, BDR, or similar) at a high-growth company. • A proactive and creative approach to prospecting and engaging decision-makers. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages. • High sense of urgency and resilience- thrives in fast-paced environments. • The ability to handle objections, problem-solve, and personalize outreach effectively. • A collaborative and proactive team player who is able to communicate and work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Operations and Partnerships • Experience with sales prospecting tools (Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6Sense, Demandbase, ZoomInfo, etc.). • Bonus: An understanding of the employee benefits space is a huge plus.
