📋 Description

• Communicate with expectant families the value of cord blood banking • Empower families to make an informed choice on their banking options • Deliver superior customer service on all inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat sessions • Remain current on procedural activities and follow ups • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales and client service goals • Adhere to all Consumer Sales processes and policies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or minimum two years of sales experience required • Previous inside sales or call center experience is a plus • Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees • Bi-lingual in English/Spanish is highly desired • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages • Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form • Knowledge of Siebel Systems, Inc. Contact Management systems; Microsoft Internet Explorer; Microsoft Excel; Familiarity with MS Office • May be required to work hours (weekends/holidays) outside the normal business schedule • Responsible for monitoring work hours to avoid the accrual of overtime
