🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience as an SDR/BDR in a B2B SaaS company, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Experience in the Architectural, Engineering and Construction (AEC), home services, or related industries a plus. • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. • Strong verbal and written communication skills—confident, clear, and persuasive. • Self-motivated, results-driven and able to thrive in a fast paced environment. • Ability to learn quickly, handle objections, and adapt to evolving sales strategies. • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and willingness to learn new sales technologies. • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams. • A bachelor’s degree is a plus.
