• Call on existing Borrowers and guide them through new processes • Build rapport with Borrowers and identify their future capital needs • Explain differences between various loan products • Engage with Borrowers and assist in completing applications

Requirements

• 6+ months of work experience in sales or a similar position • Excited to thrive in a remote work environment • Thrive in a fast-paced, metric & results-driven environment • Confident in your ability to learn and articulate how our products can help Small Business’s thrive • Eager to drive results through consistent activity (phone, email, SMS) • Ability to prioritize and operate with a sense of urgency • Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups in managing customer relationships • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude
