• We are seeking a detail-oriented and curious regulatory researcher and writer to join our team. • In this role, you will interact directly with fellow employees and clients via phone and email, addressing questions and ensuring exceptional customer service. • You will research, review and interpret telecom regulatory and compliance documents to share information internally and externally. • This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to information product development and improvement and provide key interpretation and summary to fellow employees and customers. • Join our dynamic team and contribute to delivering exceptional support and innovative solutions for our clients. 🎯 Requirements

• Four-year College degree required, master’s degree a plus. • Familiarity with state statutes, codes, and/or Federal agency rules is advantageous. • Experience in telecommunications or public utilities is a plus. • Legal document review and writing are a plus but not required. • Strong analytical, comprehension, and critical thinking skills. • Strong writing skills are required. • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. • Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines. • Inquisitive mindset with a willingness to ask questions and learn. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel. • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Lists, and Power BI is a plus. • Ability to read and review large volumes of written and on-screen materials. • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
