• At Jukebox Health, our mission is to help older adults and disabled individuals thrive in their homes with greater independence. • We partner with payers and at-risk providers to make homes safer and more accessible for high need populations. • We achieve this by combining technology with networks of clinicians, suppliers, and installers to deliver personalized home modifications nationwide. • We are seeking a Technology Operations Support Engineer to provide technical support of internally developed systems as well as third-party applications to team members.
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in IT support or related roles, preferably in startup environments • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Comfortable with ambiguity – we are solving new problems, and we would love your help!
