• All roles at JumpCloud® are Remote unless otherwise specified in the Job Description. • About JumpCloud® • JumpCloud® delivers a unified open directory platform that makes it easy to securely manage identities, devices, and access across your organization. • With JumpCloud®, IT teams and MSPs enable users to work securely from anywhere and manage their Windows, Apple, Linux, and Android devices from a single platform. • JumpCloud® is IT Simplified. • About the Team: • JumpCloud is growing its legal team and you will be the third attorney. • You will be joining the US-based General Counsel, Senior Counsel, and Senior Paralegal, working directly with the business stakeholders at JumpCloud. • As JumpCloud continues to grow, additional team members will be added.

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed to practice (and in good standing) in the country of your residence (United Kingdom) • 3-7 years of experience with a mix of in-house and law firm experience • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills are a must with the ability to work with a cross-functional team • Skills in analyzing contractual risk; drafting and negotiating experience • Experience with data protection compliance is a must • Experience with M&A and employment matters strongly preferred • Organizational skills with great attention to detail, ability to work independently, manage several simultaneous projects, adjust priorities, handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and through completion • Strong work ethic with a customer/client focused approach • Adaptability to a changing environment as JumpCloud grows • Initiative to pursue opportunities for improving efficiency
