• Administration und Support von Cloud- und On-Premise-Systemen • 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support für Hard- und Softwareanfragen • Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von IT-Systemen in Microsoft- und Apple-Umgebungen • Betreuung der IT-Infrastruktur und Unterstützung bei der Fehleranalyse • direkte und schnelle Behebung von Fehlern in der Cloud-Architektur • Implementierung, Pflege und eigenständige Verwaltung eines Ticketsystems zur Bearbeitung von internen Anfragen • Umsetzung und Überwachung von IT-Sicherheitsrichtlinien und -maßnahmen • Unterstützung bei der Identifikation und Behebung von Sicherheitsvorfällen • Mitarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung der IT-Security-Strategie • Schulung und Sensibilisierung der Mitarbeiter zu IT-Sicherheitsthemen • Dokumentation und Pflege der IT- und Security-Prozesse
🎯 Requirements
• abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration, IT-Systemelektroniker oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation • alternativ ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung • Berufserfahrung im IT-Support oder in einer vergleichbaren Position • sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Problemlösungskompetenz • hohes Maß an Kunden- und Serviceorientierung • selbstständige, präzise und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise • zusätzliche Zertifizierungen im Bereich IT-Sicherheit (z. B. CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CISM) sind von Vorteil
