• Join a sales team whose mission is to help get books into kids’ hands! • Junior Library Guild is looking for an Educational Account Executive who enjoys cultivating and building relationships with new and existing customers and thrives in a fast-paced environment. • As a Holistic Sales Representative, you will take ownership of establishing professional relationships with librarians and other key personnel in your assigned territory cultivating and expanding the JLG services. • This role requires someone who is results driven and exhibits curiosity, collaboration, and coachability.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience and comfort in commission-based sales role. • Previous experience with monthly and yearly goals and quotas. • At least 2 years inside sales experience with consistent quota achievement. • Previous experience working both renewals and new business territories. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook/Word/Excel). • Previous experience working with CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce. • Previous experience working in the K12 school system with a focus on selling to librarians a big plus. • In-Person travel via car or plane up to 10% of your time.
