Description

• Lead the relationship between HR and individual leaders in LATAM. • Drive change management projects and manage people management-related agenda. • Act as HR consultant for key talent decisions and ensure functional client goals are met through people. • Partner with the OneHR global team to leverage talent programs effectively. • Support the management team and facilitate discussions. • Prepare development plans for key and high potential employees. • Propose and implement changes to cover risks in meeting goals through people. • Deliver HR processes and programs on the client side. • Manage complex HR projects as a subject matter expert. • Engage with employees to drive positive outcomes and issue resolution. • Influence clients towards the best practices in people programs and HR policy. • Maintain pulse on the culture and proactively address issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in partnering with clients in an HR capacity, including familiarity with payroll, benefits, DEI, performance management, talent management, and development. • Strong knowledge of HR business processes and applicable laws to drive organizational efficiency and effectiveness. • Ability to effectively manage multiple, competing, and high-priority projects with varying deadlines. • Sound business acumen and the ability to establish credibility, trust, and partnership at all levels of the organization. • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with innovation in organizational diagnosis and solution generation. • Ability to deliver in a dynamic, ambiguous environment where change is the norm. • Adept at exercising independent judgment and maintaining appropriate confidentiality. • Systems-thinking approach that balances needs across the enterprise and local teams. • Excellent communication, consultative, influencing, and facilitation skills. • Proactive approach to work with a focus on results and ethical standards. • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred. • PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/-SCP certification obtained or in progress; GPHR certification strongly desired.
