Description

• Take over a key role as a React Native Engineer in the Engineering department. • Be a part of an exciting adventure of never-ending growth and success. • Help shape the future of home services by designing and developing mobile applications. • Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and business stakeholders to analyze requirements. • Design, implement, and maintain new features while managing the existing codebase. • Deliver high-quality code within set deadlines, ensuring clean, maintainable solutions. • Expand and maintain comprehensive unit tests and increase code coverage. • Optimize app performance to create smooth, responsive mobile experiences. • Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up-to-date with the latest trends in mobile app development. • Willingness to participate in our on-call rota.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and React Native development. • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Redux, and CI/CD pipelines. • Experience using Git for source control. • Experience writing and maintaining unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end (e2e) tests (e.g., Detox or Maestro). • Ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Solid understanding of SOLID principles and best coding practices. • A proactive, self-driven approach, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
