β’ K12 Insight helps school districts deliver superior customer service. β’ Responsible for building relationships and guiding leads through our consultative sales process. β’ Cultivate strategic relationships with school and district leaders. β’ Engage with prospects to understand their needs and challenges. β’ Collaborate with the team to develop tailored solutions. β’ Oversee the sales process from initial contact to deal closure. β’ Guide customers through a consultative sales process to achieve booking targets.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of experience in district-level sales of SaaS/technology products within the K-12 education sector, with a successful track record of enterprise-wide sales to Superintendents and IT departments. β’ Demonstrated trusted relationships at the cabinet level within school districts in your designated territory (Pacific Northwest and Mountain regions). β’ Proven ability to independently source leads and initiate new business opportunities. β’ Proficiency in effectively navigating conferences to build relationships and identify potential business opportunities. β’ A customer-focused approach, acting as an advocate for prospects and customers rather than a traditional salesperson. β’ A consistent record of outperforming expectations. β’ Experience working in a high-performing sales environment characterized by structured processes and a high level of accountability. β’ Experience in selling Workforce Management and/or IT Operations Software is a plus.
