Description

β€’ K12 Insight helps school districts deliver superior customer service. β€’ Responsible for building relationships and guiding leads through our consultative sales process. β€’ Cultivate strategic relationships with school and district leaders. β€’ Engage with prospects to understand their needs and challenges. β€’ Collaborate with the team to develop tailored solutions. β€’ Oversee the sales process from initial contact to deal closure. β€’ Guide customers through a consultative sales process to achieve booking targets.

Requirements

β€’ A minimum of 3 years of experience in district-level sales of SaaS/technology products within the K-12 education sector, with a successful track record of enterprise-wide sales to Superintendents and IT departments. β€’ Demonstrated trusted relationships at the cabinet level within school districts in your designated territory (Pacific Northwest and Mountain regions). β€’ Proven ability to independently source leads and initiate new business opportunities. β€’ Proficiency in effectively navigating conferences to build relationships and identify potential business opportunities. β€’ A customer-focused approach, acting as an advocate for prospects and customers rather than a traditional salesperson. β€’ A consistent record of outperforming expectations. β€’ Experience working in a high-performing sales environment characterized by structured processes and a high level of accountability. β€’ Experience in selling Workforce Management and/or IT Operations Software is a plus.
