• Proven experience in business development within the staffing industry • Existing Rolodex of contacts and the ability to immediately bring in qualified requisitions (reqs) • Ability to work independently and manage your pipeline of opportunities effectively • Demonstrated success in securing meetings with hiring managers and filling staffing needs • Ability to prove performance within the first 30 days • Experience working on a 1099 contractor basis with performance-based compensation
