• Kaleris is a private equity-backed software firm focused on supply chain optimization. • The Account Manager will manage the development and maintenance of key relationships with significant accounts in the region. • Responsibilities include identifying, securing, and cultivating new customer accounts and business opportunities, maintaining existing customer relationships, and managing customer life-cycle satisfaction.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred • 5-7+ years of account management in the maritime industry, large container terminals, complex logistics automation or relevant/like industry experience highly preferred • Terminal Operating System (TOS) solution selling experience also highly preferred • Demonstrated experience navigating and launching large, complex projects and sales cycles • Experienced in Salesforce • Excellent customer success, organization and communication skills required • Ability to establish and maintain excellent customer relationships • Create, analyze, and present customer account and usage reports
