Description

•The Engineering Delivery Manager Consultant for eCommerce will lead eCommerce modernization projects and oversee a team of frontend developers. •Establish and manage project timelines, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery. •Identify and resolve blockers, adapting project plans as necessary to maintain progress and mitigate risks. •Act as the primary liaison between the development team and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and coordination. •Foster a collaborative work environment to keep the team focused and aligned. •Oversee frontend development execution, ensuring solutions meet user experience, performance, scalability and security standards. •Facilitate and support the implementation of best practices, ensuring code quality and optimization across the team. •Collaborate with QA to ensure thorough testing strategies to achieve quality standards. •Facilitate and support good software development practices throughout lifecycle and use of CI/CD pipelines. •Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines. •Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and milestones to business leaders and stakeholders. •Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and act as the escalation point for any project issues. •Mentor and guide frontend developers, promoting professional growth and continuous improvement.

Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent professional working experience in related field. •7+ years of experience in project management or delivery management with a focus on ecommerce projects. •Strong understanding of frontend development technologies (React.js, Next.js, Redux). •Proven ability to establish and manage project timelines and unblock team for continuous progress. •Excellent communication, leadership and problem solving skills. •Experience in retail eCommerce and frontend performance optimization. •Familiarity with cloud platforms. •Consulting experience is a plus!
