Description

• Responsible for managing and nurturing the relationships with the company’s most important clients. • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts. • Drive long-term value through strategic partnership development. • Handle contract negotiations, renewals, and agreements. • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and increase account profitability. • Collaborate with clients to understand their long-term objectives and provide solutions. • Identify new R&D opportunities and act as a coordinator between engineering teams. • Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services. • Provide regular reports on account performance and industry trends.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with stakeholders. • Ability to handle complex client interactions and resolve conflicts effectively. • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data, client feedback, and market trends. • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions to meet client needs. • Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to manage projects. • Ability to identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities within existing accounts. • Fluent in English; experience in Spanish is a plus.
