Description

• For more than 80 years, Kaplan has been a trailblazer in education and professional advancement. • Responsible for coordinating the delivery of marketing materials at an operational level. • Estimates development time, scheduling jobs, and moving projects through various creative stages. • Reviews job requests within the marketing organization, utilizing project management software to assign resources and track job status. • Responsible for preparing cost estimates and communicating project status with resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Marketing or a related field • 5 + years of experience • Advanced knowledge of the print product process required (print specs, pre-press, etc.) • Experience working on and with a large, cross-functional team • PMI certification and/or experience with project management software such as Asana, WorkZone or WorkFront • Familiarity with development and output of marketing assets such as digital media, social media, web pages, email, print and digital collateral, and video • Understanding of marketing channels, platforms, and technical specifications • A strong communicator, both verbally and in written form
