• Integral to shaping a positive and efficient experience for both our candidates and employees • Manage key HR operations and serve as a crucial point of contact for HR inquiries • Ensure that our HR processes run smoothly, from candidate interactions through to onboarding and general employee support
• 2+ years in a Human Resources or People Operations role, ideally with experience in a dynamic or startup environment • Proficiency with HRIS software, particularly BambooHR, is preferred • Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, with a high degree of attention to detail • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally, including the comfort to speak in Zoom calls for global new hire orientations • Proven capability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism • Flexibility to handle various HR functions and respond to the evolving needs of a growing team that spans multiple countries • Ability to move quickly, ask insightful questions, and seek information when needed
