📋 Description
• Leitung strategischer H&S-Projekte: Planung und Umsetzung von Projekten zur Verbesserung der Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsstandards. • Erstellung globaler H&S-Richtlinien: Entwicklung und Pflege einheitlicher Richtlinien für alle Regionen. • Kommunikation und Schulungen: Sensibilisierung der Mitarbeiter für H&S-Themen und Organisation von Schulungen. • Unterstützung der Landesorganisationen: Mitverantwortung für die EHS-Software Quentic sowie Unterstützung der lokalen HSDs und QRP's. • Bewertung von H&S-KPIs: Analyse relevanter Kennzahlen zur Überwachung der Sicherheitsleistung. • Durchführung von Audits: Regelmäßige Überprüfung der Einhaltung von H&S-Anforderungen vor Ort. • Dokumentation aller Vorgaben: Erfassung aller relevanten Vorgaben, Schulungen, Kontrollen und Unfälle gemäß Prozessen/Gesetzen. • Reisebereitschaft: 10-20% global, um Projekte und Kundenbeziehungen effektiv zu unterstützen.
🎯 Requirements
• Ausbildung: Bachelor-Abschluss in Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau, Mechatronik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation; Qualifizierung im Bereich H&S (z.B. Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit) und Kenntnisse der ISO-Normen (ISO 9001 und 45001). • Berufserfahrung: Mehrjährige Erfahrung im HSQ-Bereich, idealerweise in einem internationalen Industrieunternehmen, sowie Erfahrung im Projektmanagement. • Technische Fähigkeiten: Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse; Erfahrung mit Quentic, CRM und SAP wünschenswert. • Sprachkenntnisse: Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse. • Analytische Fähigkeiten: Fähigkeit zur Fehlerbehebung, Lesen und Verstehen technischer Zeichnungen sowie ein klarer Fokus auf hohe Qualität und Kundenzufriedenheit.
