β’ At least 2 years of full-time experience in email marketing β’ Hands-on experience working with marketing automation platforms for email marketing like Braze, HubSpot, Iterable, and Insider β’ Proven work experience in engaging and analyzing email marketing database performance β’ Experience building an email marketing campaign from scratch β’ Positive, constructive, highly organized and proactive work style β’ Desire and ability to work remotely β’ Professional, honest, and committed to supporting and growing company culture β’ Clear and concise communication and presentation skills β’ Proficiency using cloud-based software like Microsoft Office, Insider, Hubspot, Social Media platforms, Slack, Asana, Zoom, Contentful, Confluence β’ Detailed knowledge of email regulations and best practices β’ Campaign analytics, HTML/CSS, A/B Testing, and other CMS
