β€’ Create and execute compelling lifecycle marketing campaigns for current and prospective customers β€’ Responsible for day-to-day execution of B2C marketing automation programs β€’ Setup, maintenance, and reporting of email, SMS, and integrated marketing programs β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless execution β€’ Develop creative briefs and engaging copy for omni-channel campaigns β€’ Design and implement email and SMS campaigns from building to quality assurance and scheduling β€’ Review messaging for optimization, user-friendliness, and correct rendering β€’ Support strategic programs through various customer lifecycle campaigns β€’ Create targeted audiences and segments for messages to drive revenue β€’ Execute email/SMS marketing calendar and maintain project tracking in Asana β€’ Minimize database churn across program touchpoints β€’ Leverage customer data for personalized messaging and trigger events β€’ Plan A/B tests for continuous optimization and improvement β€’ Ensure program assets adhere to email regulations and best practices

Requirements

β€’ At least 2 years of full-time experience in email marketing β€’ Hands-on experience working with marketing automation platforms for email marketing like Braze, HubSpot, Iterable, and Insider β€’ Proven work experience in engaging and analyzing email marketing database performance β€’ Experience building an email marketing campaign from scratch β€’ Positive, constructive, highly organized and proactive work style β€’ Desire and ability to work remotely β€’ Professional, honest, and committed to supporting and growing company culture β€’ Clear and concise communication and presentation skills β€’ Proficiency using cloud-based software like Microsoft Office, Insider, Hubspot, Social Media platforms, Slack, Asana, Zoom, Contentful, Confluence β€’ Detailed knowledge of email regulations and best practices β€’ Campaign analytics, HTML/CSS, A/B Testing, and other CMS
